FTA Maintenance (formerly Apollo Aircraft Maintenance) is an experienced light aircraft maintenance team based at Brighton City Airport. Explore our website to learn more about us and the services we can offer.
All maintenance is EASA and CAA Part ML approved and carried out by licensed engineers and experienced mechanics, so our standards are second to none.
As an EASA Part ML organisation, we have the tooling, manuals and training for each aircraft for which we are approved to carry out maintenance, repairs and engine overhauls. We are also approved Diamond, Piper, Cessna, Beechcraft and Cirrus aircraft engineers.
Though we focus on quality, we’re careful with your money, too. We schedule fixed times for inspections and all defect work is agreed and approved by you. No work is undertaken until you’ve approved the quote we provide regarding the defect and estimated repair time.
This allows us to plan the usage of the hangar space and engineering availability, ensuring all maintenance can be carried out at the appropriate time.
These meetings are available as either one-to-one meetings or via skype/facetime. During these meetings we can discuss any found defects with the aircraft, as well as any upcoming maintenance tasks, component changes and newly released service bulletins or airworthiness directives.
We record defects which either our engineers or operators have reported in a database. Defect analysis allows us to analyse any trends. This is a service particularly valuable to those who have joint ownership of an aircraft available for self-hire.
All aircraft must have an AMP (Approved Maintenance Programme). FTA Maintenance are licensed to compile and approve your maintenance programme in line with your requirements.
